Promoting a culture of equality at school by studying women’s rights in German-speaking countries

Ms Gallien’s Year 12 LVC (German) students will be telling you about the recent history of women in German-speaking countries.

Their presentations on the fight for women’s equal rights demonstrate excellent language skills, effective and clear communication, a command of technology, and an ability to carry out group projects.

These activities were carried out in class to explore the programme’s theme of ‘public and private space’ and form part of education for gender equality and citizenship.

Well done to the pupils!
