Scholarships and Solidarity Fund
Scholarships
For students of French nationality
If your child is a French citizen, you may be eligible for a school grant, subject to financial means-testing.
This grant can cover all or part of the tuition fees, according to a scale determining the award criteria. Receiving a school grant is not an entitlement and must be re-evaluated each year.
For children under 3 years of age
Grants provided by the Community of Madrid are available for kindergarten students under the age of 3. Terms and conditions can be found at this link:

The Solidarity Fund
The Lycée Français de Madrid is committed to supporting its community through its Solidarity Fund. This scheme aims to provide one-off financial assistance to families experiencing unforeseen economic difficulties.
Areas of intervention
The objective is to ensure the educational continuity of every student. Aid is primarily allocated for tuition fees, with the possibility of also supporting costs related to the school canteen or pedagogical activities and projects, such as school trips.
This is an exceptional, one-off aid awarded by a committee chaired by the Principal of the LFM, once all other financial options have been explored between the family and the school.
Please note:
The next Solidarity Fund meeting will take place at the end of June.
You can now request the application form from Ms. Fabienne Leclerc:
