A Memorable Odyssey

Press the play button and take a few minutes to join the Latin students from 4A, 4B, and 3A, as well as the Hellenists from the Ancient Greek workshop (classes 301, 302, 303, 305, 306, and 310), on their cultural journey to the crucible of Western civilization—from Athens to Corinth, Mycenae to Olympia, and Epidaurus to Delphi…

From May 8th to 13th, they walked alongside the ghosts of the Homeric and mythological heroes of their childhood. Following in the footsteps of Hercules, Theseus, and Agamemnon, they encountered the Olympian gods on sites still haunted by their presence. During this journey, rich in discovery and wonder, they undoubtedly embraced the Delphic maxims to “return [home] full of experience and reason.”
